01 / DATA GOVERNANCE
USER DATA & PRIVACY
Prismatic Designs operates under a strict privacy-by-default architecture. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal telemetry, account identifiers, or in-app usage data to third-party data brokers or marketing networks.
Diagnostic telemetry collected during active application sessions is anonymized and utilized solely to monitor crash frequency, optimize rendering pipelines, and enhance cross-platform stability across iOS, Android, and desktop builds.
02 / STORE ECOSYSTEMS
APP STORE & PLAY BILLING
All in-app purchases, recurring subscription tiers, and premium feature unlocks distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store are processed and governed directly by Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively.
Subscription renewals, family sharing protocols, refunds, and payment cancellations must be managed through your corresponding Apple ID or Google Play account management settings. We do not store or process direct credit card records on our internal servers.
03 / BACKER DISCLOSURES
KICKSTARTER & BACKERS
Information shared through Kickstarter campaigns or direct backer surveys is used exclusively for reward fulfillment, production roadmap updates, and early beta build distribution via Apple TestFlight or Google Play Internal Testing.
Backers may opt out of non-essential project broadcasts at any time. We will never share backer contact registries or shipping records with outside entities, maintaining rigorous data isolation across all studio initiatives.
